Massey & Martin, LLC provides consulting services for PA programs across the country. We assist PA educators with program development by offering personalized, interactive mentoring and consulting services that guide PA programs to achieve and maintain accreditation.

We help PA programs regardless of where they are in the process—whether your PA program is new and developing, provisional, on probation, or fully accredited, Massey & Martin, LLC offers a high level of expertise that will propel your program forward.

Massey & Martin, LLC offers consulting services related to assessments. We provide you with a high-level of expertise based on years of experience and success. It’s common for PA programs to lack the internal resources to adequately self-assess. We recognize understanding assessment and data is paramount to your PA program’s survival, so we work to ensure your program is in compliance with programmatic analysis.

Massey & Martin, LLC works with PA programs with leadership transition and offers workshops focused on faculty development, especially for inexperienced faculty. Our goal is to provide long-term mentoring and development to PA programs in need: we don’t simply offer advice; we provide personalized coaching and development for program directors and faculty to make sure your program is on track.

We offer diverse services because we recognize each PA program has its own set of unique challenges. We offer consulting services for Physician Assistant programs such as:

  • Guiding PA programs through the provisional accreditation process

  • Assisting PA programs with a course correction when they encounter a period of probation

  • Providing an analysis of internal program data, which provides a foundation for the accreditation self-study report (SSR)

  • Offering faculty development and mentoring

When you work with Massey & Martin, LLC, you receive specialized guidance throughout the process with a high-touch, high-impact style of mentoring. We consider ourselves very approachable and strive to make a difference in the outcome of your PA program. Massey & Martin, LLC has the collective experience to ensure success for your PA program!
